Breaking Ground
On September 8, 1994 , three spirited lady entrepreneurs pooled their talents and resources to establish what would become one of the country's fastest growing player in the real estate industry--Royale
Homes Marketing Corporation. Honed by their vast experience in real estate for having managed Royale Homes Realty Corporation and Birdland Realty Corporation, these lady entrepreneurs dared to embark on the other end of the industry spectrum— real estate marketing
Laying the foundation
During initial operations, Royale Homes Marketing Corporation marketed the real estate properties of Royale Homes Realty and Birdland Realty. Having successfully marketed these properties, it did not take long before Royale Homes won the confidence of one of the country's leading real estate developers—Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc.
Proving its capabilities to effectively market its developer's projects, Royale Homes also won the trust of Sta. Lucia's joint venture partners. Barely four years from initial operations, Royale Homes had successfully marketed development projects in Metro Manila, the provinces of Cavite , Rizal, Baguio , Pangasinan, Subic , and in the City of Davao . Soon, agents and business partners started to flock to Royale Homes, thus building its sales force and network by leaps and bounds.
In spite of the increasing competition in the industry, Royale Homes continues to grow. From a one-room office in 1994, Royale Homes has now expanded to a one whole floor, a training and developmentcenter, and branches strategically located in different key cities in the country where its projects are present.
